The agriturismo 'Belvedere' is only a 10 minutes walk from the splendid little village Lajatico in the heart of Tuscany. 'Belvedere' has 5 very well kept holiday houses, with two swimming pools (one for little children) and a small play-ground. There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy a Tuscan dinner for approximately 30 euro and a breakfast for 8 euro. On tjhe spot one can attend professional cooking lessons.
They also sell their own olive oil and wine. Furthermore there are splendid panoramic terraces and a large parking area. All houses have television (satellite) and there is a bbq in common use.
The holiday house Girasole is a self contained cottage, with 2 beautiful private terraces and consists of ground floor and basement.
Ground floor:
- inviting panoramic terrace with table and chairs
- delightful living room with kitchen area and breathtaking view (extra double sofa bed and single sofa bed available)
- bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bidet)
Basement:
- a spiral staircase brings you to the basement
- bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bidet) and direct access to the 2nd terrace.

About Lajatico
Lajatico is situated 12 km northwest of the beautiful town of Volterra (Etruscan Museum). It is the birth ground of the famous lyric singer Andrea Boccelli, who built a splendid open air theater 'Il Teatro del Silenzio', with the gently sloping Tuscan landscape as a setting.
Beautiful little town with central square, restaurants, shops and terraces.
