The house Collina is a recently restored house on a large slightly sloping terrain (6000 m2) with beautiful panoramic views just outside Chianni. There are four apartments and a private swimming pool. The whole terrain as well as the swimming pool area is well fenced off, therefore very safe for little children. The three apartments on the ground floor have their own private terrace near the apartment. The apartment on the first floor has a private terrace on the first floor (20 m2) and a private part of the garden behind the house.
The apartment Leonardo is on the first floor and has a large living room with kitchen area and fire place. This living room has direct access to the private terrace (20 m2). There are three large bedrooms (two with double bed and one with double bed and single bed) and two bathrooms (both with shower, bidet, wc, washing stand). The bedrooms are that large that every bedroom could have an extra bed (total of 9 persons).
